Home Cities to Honolulu, Oahu

(3 nights) Aloha! Your Sun-Drenched Hawaiian Islands Vacation begins in Honolulu. You’ll be welcomed with a traditional Hawaiian floral lei and whisked off by private car to your WAIKIKI BEACH hotel. Relax and “hang loose” – you are in Hawaii!

Today “Remember PEARL HARBOUR” as you begin at the WWII Valor in the PACIFIC NATIONAL MONUMENT to view artifacts from the attack and a short documentary on the “Day of Infamy.” Travel by naval launch to the white marble-clad USS ARIZONA MEMORIAL.  A CITY TOUR of Honolulu highlights the historic IOLANI PALACE, the impressive STATE CAPITOL building, KAMEHAMEHA’S STATUE and the NATIONAL CEMETERY OF THE PACIFIC, also known as Punchbowl Cemetery.  The remainder of your day is at leisure.  Meals Include: Breakfast, Dinner.

Today explore another side of Oahu, the famous NORTH SHORE.  If there is such a thing as a perfect wave you’ll likely find it here.  Learn why an international community of surfers gathers at the legendary surf mecca of Haleiwa. Rich with island history, it is now the social and artistic hub of the North Shore.  Return to Waikiki and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.  Meals Include: Breakfast.

Oahu to Lihue, Kauai

(3 nights) Take a short flight to the “Garden Isle” of Kauai, the oldest island in the chain. Upon arrival, travel to the breathtaking, deep colourful gorge of WAIMEA CANYON, the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”. Stretching over ten miles long, one mile wide and more than 3,500 ft deep, Waimea Canyon was carved thousands of years ago by rivers and floods.  Numerous lookouts offer spectacular views of Kauai’s scenic treasure.  Later visit the largest Coffee Estate in Hawaii and discover the coffee bean’s journey from tree to cup.  Learn about sustainability practices and taste several of their coffees.  Meals Include: Breakfast, Dinner.

The day is yours to enjoy this beautiful island at leisure. Stroll along the beach or take advantage of your resort’s activities. If you’re feeling adventurous, you may even choose to take an optional helicopter ride.  Meals Include: Breakfast, Dinner.

After breakfast, step aboard an open-air boat for a cruise along the tranquil Wailua River. Your captain will tell stories of days gone by before making a stop to disembark for a short guided walk to the lush, green Fern Grotto. On your return boat ride, hula dancers join you to demonstrate this ancient art form, originally performed for the volcano goddess Pele.  Meals Include: Breakfast.

Kauai to Kahului, Maui

(3 nights) Board an inter-island flight to the “Valley Isle” of Maui, one of the most beautiful and popular outer islands. Visit the stunning IAO VALLEY and view the 2,000 foot high IAO NEEDLE, one of Maui’s famous natural land forms. Stroll through the historic streets of the old royal capital LAHAINA, once home of the world’s largest whaling fleets. Travel through sugar cane fields to the resort area of Kaanapali and arrive at your deluxe beachfront hotel.  Meals Include: Breakfast.

Your day is at leisure to see for yourself why locals say “Maui no ka oi” – Maui is the best. You may take a stroll along the beach, shop for souvenirs or just relax at your luxurious Maui resort.  There is no limit to the adventures you can have on the gorgeous island of Maui!  Meals Include:  Breakfast.

Enjoy another day in paradise.  View the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala or you may also take an optional cliff-side drive on the legendary Road to Hana.  Tonight, cap off your wonderful vacation with a farewell dinner Hawaiian-style at a traditional POLYNESIAN LUAU featuring tropical drinks, dinner, music and a hula show.  Meals Include: Breakfast, Dinner.
