Edmonton to Calgary to Banff

Wednesday. Your Rocky Mountains Adventure begins as you are welcomed aboard your deluxe coach in Edmonton.  Travel south via Red Deer to Calgary meeting additional travel companions enroute.  After lunch, travel through the scenic foothills into the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains to spectacular BANFF NATIONAL PARK.  A short driving tour of Banff with photo stops will begin your visit to our oldest National Park.  Enjoy a scenic ride on the BANFF GONDOLA to the summit of Sulphur Mountain. Tonight, overnight in the central Elk + Avenue Hotel and explore downtown Banff on your own.

Banff to Jasper

Thursday.  After your included BUFFET BREAKFAST, depart on your day’s adventure in the Rocky Mountains. Watch for wildlife as you travel down the BOW RIVER PARKWAY this morning.  Enjoy a picture stop and break at LAKE LOUISE, before continuing on to experience one of the world’s most spectacular highways, the ICEFIELDS PARKWAY between Banff and Jasper.  You’ll have the chance to stop and see many of the famous sights.  In the afternoon, marvel at one of the newest attractions in the Rockies: the glass-floored GLACIER SKYWALK.  JASPER NATIONAL PARK is the largest of Canada’s mountain national parks, and you’ll spend the night right in Jasper at Lobstick Lodge/ Chateau Jasper with time to explore on your own.

Jasper to Edmonton to Calgary

Friday.  Included BUFFET BREAKFAST Your short trip fills you with many memories as you say goodbye to your new-found friends.  Return to Edmonton and continue to Calgary.
