Come along with us to North America’s largest Scandinavian Festival, the 47th ANNUAL NORSK HØSTFEST, held in Minot, North Dakota.  Enjoy four full days of Scandinavian culture and entertainment featuring talented artists performing each day.  Immerse yourself in the proud heritage of the five Nordic countries of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden with authentic cuisine and handcrafted Norsk merchandise.  

This popular tour includes reserved seating for FOUR main stage shows.  Extra shows are optional.

Edmonton to Calgary to Swift Current

Monday.  Velkommen everyone!  Your Concert Tour begins as you are welcomed aboard your deluxe motorcoach in Edmonton.  Travel south via Red Deer to Calgary, meeting additional travel companions enroute.  Stop in Medicine Hat before crossing the Alberta/Saskatchewan border and carry on to Swift Current, Saskatchewan for overnight.

Swift Current to Minot

(5 nights) Tuesday.  Saskatchewan passengers are welcomed on the tour this morning as you travel through Moose Jaw, Regina, Weyburn and Estevan.  Cross the Canada-United States border and continue south through North Dakota to Minot.  Arrive at the Sleep Inn, attached to the Dakota Square Mall with time to relax before the entertainment begins tomorrow.

Wednesday.  A free morning to acquaint yourself with your hotel.  Daily admission to Høstfest, reserved seating for FOUR MAIN STAGE SHOWS and free daily side stage entertainment are all included in your four-day pass.  With everything from traditional Scandinavian folk music to dance to comedy acts, there is something for everyone.  The five stages throughout the festival are packed with performances from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  For those who like to stay into the late-night there are performers in select halls for after the Great Hall Concerts!            Included Main Stage Show #1 to be announced

 Thursday. Join our optional excursion to the SCANDINAVIAN HERITAGE PARK where buildings, statues, and monuments celebrate the heritage of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.  Explore the full-scale Gol Stave Church, walk around the 27-foot tall Swedish Dala Horse, step inside a real Stabbur, and more. Included Main Stage Show #2 to be announced

Saturday. Retrace your steps as you head towards home. Make a stop at the duty-free store and then re-enter Canada.  Bid farewell to your fellow travellers from Saskatchewan.  Continue to Swift Current for overnight.
