Bill was very courteous, funny, helpful, easy going, a true gentlemen. An excellent driver and attentive, felt safe. Efficient with luggage. Eric was very knowledgeable man, an excellent speaker, and speaks clear and to the point. I have learned so much geography and history from him. felt safe with him, as a guide, if you will. Always give us good tips and suggestions. Always keeping his cool.
