Bill was very courteous, funny, helpful, easy going, a true gentlemen. An excellent driver and attentive, felt safe. Efficient with luggage. Eric was very knowledgeable man, an excellent speaker, and speaks clear and to the point. I have learned so much geography and history from him. felt safe with him, as a guide, if you will. Always give us good tips and suggestions. Always keeping his cool.

Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore and Medora Musical – June 30 2018
Merlyn and I enjoyed our wonderful tour and trip. Many thanks to guide Elsie and driver Ray. They were excellent. As for the tour, the scenery is breathtaking and we saw more North American wildlife in two days than we have seen elsewhere in a year! Mount Rushmore, the four U.S. President’s faces, and the approach way, etc., were brilliant and unique. As for the Medora Music Show and the outdoor location + BBQ + the lovely weather all added to this being an A-1 tour. Many thanks to the Nagel Tours staff and others responsible for ensuring our enjoyment, fun and safety.
